My first time doing a BCS event solo. It was in Tucson, AZ. And it SNOWED! I couldn’t believe it! I actually drove in and set up shop int he snow! Let me tell you, that is an experience I won’t soon forget. I won’t be forgetting this event anytime soon as well. Not only was I set up right next to my Bootcamp BBQ buddy, Dennis, but I ended up going home with a 2nd place ribs and 9th place pork calls! Out of 31 teams I came out 7th overall. Such an amazing experience. I think I am getting the hang of this BBQ thing.
