The 2018 SCA Steak Spooktacular is in the books. Not only was it an absolutely fun event, but I received my first 1st Place call. Burger Champion! Yes, I know it was an SCA event, but there was a Wing and Burger side categories. I ended up taking 10th in Wings as well, but my Lamb Greek Burger apparently WOW’d the judges. This bad boy is proudly displayed on my mantle!
